(1) Animal rubber abrasive belts are cheap and easy to manufacture, and are mainly suitable for low-speed grinding. The market has been discontinued

(2) The semi-resin abrasive belt improves the poor water resistantce and heat resistance of the animal rubber belt, and greatly improves the adhesive performance. With a small increase in price,the grinding performance has doubled. It is widely used in metal and non-metal grinding, especially in the wood and leather processing industries.

(3) Full resin abrasive belt is made of high-quality synthetic resin, high-strength cotton and high-quality abrasive. High cost, but has the characteristics of wear resistance and strong grinding. It can perform large cutting and high-precision grinding at high speed. The above three types of abrasive belts are suitable for dry grinding. They can be grinding in oil but not in water.

(4) Compared with the above-mentioned abrasive belts, water-resistant abrasive belts have higher requirements on raw materials, more complicated manufacturing processes, less output, and higher prices. It has the characteristics of resin abrasive belt and can be directly used for water coolant grinding.
